• Global Governance:
  Lead the full lifecycle of bank account administration, access management, and User Access Reviews across all legal entities and payment providers.
• Product & Tech Integration:
  Act as the "voice of the customer" to translate treasury needs into product specs. Partner with Engineering to implement automation, data pipelines, and TMS (Kyriba) enhancements.
• Strategic Growth:
  Quarterback geo‑expansion initiatives and the rollout of regulated financial offerings, ensuring seamless fiat/crypto liquidity and rail integration.
• Risk & Compliance:
  Maintain a gold standard for audit readiness; design and oversee SOX‑compliant workflows in collaboration with Risk and Internal Audit.
• Operational Excellence:
  Manage JIRA workflows for treasury operations and investigations, ensuring the "treasury knowledge library" scales with the company.

• 5+ years in Financial Operations, Fintech, or Treasury, with a proven track record of managing high‑performing teams in fast‑paced environments.
• Deep expertise in fiat funding flows, stable coins, and crypto liquidity. You understand the nuances of hedging and capital efficiency in a digital asset ecosystem.
• You possess a "product mindset"—the ability to turn manual operational workflows into scalable, automated systems.
• Experienced in SOX compliance (ideally at a public company) with a "security‑first" approach to every transaction and tool.
