Role and responsibilities:

The role will report to the Group FD and will have the following responsibilities

• Lead the financial operations for the Toronto office, ensuring robust month-end processes and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement, contract management, and operational efficiencies beyond traditional financial roles.
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager in the Toronto office to drive strategic initiatives.
• Support and guide a team of 8-9 in the Toronto office, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Carrying out analysis of costs and understanding any deviations from budget.
• Dealing directly and indirectly with customers and senior company management.
• Completing a variety of financial analysis & modelling as required.
• Play a critical role in the company’s growth trajectory, including future opportunities in markets like the US, Sydney, and Asia.
