Our client is a global fintech organization. With rapid international expansion underway, the organization is now building out its Canadian digital asset offering and is seeking a leader to drive this initiative from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to architect and scale an entirely new crypto vertical within the Canadian market. As the Digital Asset Lead, you will own the strategy, development, launch and ongoing operations of the company’s cryptocurrency offering in Canada.

You’ll work across product, operations, compliance, engineering and customer support to ensure a fully integrated, compliant and high‑performing crypto experience for retail investors

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment, brings deep crypto expertise, and is excited to shape the future of digital asset investing in Canada.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fintech or a retail brokerage environment.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in the digital asset/crypto space.
• Strong leadership background with experience driving complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Ability to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset in a fast‑paced, evolving
