Asset Servicing​/Processing Analyst

Overview

Our client is at the center of a large‑scale Asset Servicing Modernization initiative, replacing legacy dividend and corporate action processing platforms. We are looking to hire an Asset Servicing / Income Processing Analyst to support the Income Processing function—covering dividends, coupons, GICs, and cash entitlements.

• Perform and oversee Asset Servicing and Income Processing activities, including entitlements and corporate actions
• Support Fixed Income operations within Income Processing and Asset Servicing
• Use Broadridge BPS and/or ADP daily to process transactions, investigate exceptions, and resolve breaks
• Support project and audit initiatives, including controls, documentation, and remediation activities
• Analyze operational data and reporting using advanced Excel and system extracts
• Partner with internal stakeholders, auditors, and technology teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Provide guidance and hands‑on support to junior analysts during peak volumes or audit periods

• Hands‑on experience in Asset Servicing, Income Processing, Entitlements, or Corporate Actions
• Strong working knowledge of Broadridge BPS
• Advanced Excel skills (large data sets, reconciliations, operational reporting)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
