Supervisor, Fund Accounting & Private Equity Leadership

MUFG Investor Services is recruiting a Supervisor to oversee fund accountants responsible for NAV production and financial reporting. You will engage with investment managers, ensure operational compliance, and drive team efficiency. This position calls for a strong background in fund administration and a passion for mentorship and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team in producing client financial statements

• Train and engage fund accountants for optimal performance

• Collaborate with investment managers and auditors effectively

• Oversee the audit process and timetable for tasks

• Participate in system enhancement projects actively

Requirements:

• Degree in finance or accounting is required

• Extensive experience in Fund Administration, particularly Private Equity

• Knowledge of Geneva, Investran, or Yardi is a plus

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and waterfall calculations

• Experience in coaching or mentoring preferred
