Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A at LifeLabs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough month-end variance analysis

• Own monthly forecasting and budget development

• Lead reviews on strategic initiatives and assess impact

• Provide actionable insights to the Leadership Team

• Monitor KPIs and emerging financial trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in FP&A

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA and/or MBA considered an asset

• Strong skills in Excel and data modeling

• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
