Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate

Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a key member of the PYXiS Finance team, you will provide analytical support and reporting to senior executives and business units.

• Assist with monthly financial accounting, including journal entries and financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, including Income Statement.
• Coordinate quarterly forecast revisions and monthly updates for Business Units.
• Track and report various monthly business indicators.
• Liaise with Business Unit and Group Leaders to provide support as required.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, including prepayment and accrual schedules.
• Prepare and review monthly commission schedules for payroll processing.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses as requested by Management.
• Use AI tools to perform operational analyses.

• Business/Finance degree (BBA, BCom, MBA, MAcc, etc.) with preference for additional designations such as CPA.
• 5–7 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting role.
• Advanced MS Office Excel skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and respond to changing demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with all management levels.
• Leadership and organizational agility.
• Technical learning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is an asset.
