Position: Financial Planning & Analysis AVP Role
Become an integral part of CGL as the Assistant Vice President of FP&A Enablement in a flexible hybrid work environment. Spearhead the advancement of FP&A systems for faster, data-driven decisions.

This full-time position at CGL offers a unique opportunity to lead the FP&A Hub function, focusing on scalable and technology-driven financial processes. You will take charge of the governance frameworks that ensure alignment and effectiveness across finance teams.

Your role will be crucial in fostering innovation and driving continuous improvement while enhancing relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and evolution of the FP&A function

• Establish governance processes for consistent outcomes

• Drive collaboration across Finance and business units

• Streamline finance operations to reduce manual tasks

• Cultivate a motivated FP&A team through mentorship

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting

• CPA or equivalent financial qualifications appreciated

• Minimum of 10 years leading financial change

• Proficient in FP&A, reporting, and analytics principles

• Strong English language skills;
French is an asset
