Position: Internal Audit Manager at Infrastructure Ontario
Lead internal audits and enhance governance with Infrastructure Ontario as an Internal Audit Manager on a fixed-term contract. This role focuses on risk management and internal controls.

As Internal Audit Manager, you will take charge of critical audit engagements, utilizing strong risk management expertise to execute a risk-based audit plan. This position requires seasoned professionals capable of conducting thorough audits, presenting findings, and fostering stakeholder relationships to bridge gaps and implement improvements in organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute audits from planning to reporting phases

• Assess governance and risk management processes

• Develop audit programs to pinpoint control inefficiencies

• Prepare concise audit reports for stakeholders

• Strengthen relationships with business units for audit resolutions

Requirements:

• CPA, CIA, or equivalent professional designation

• Several years of internal audit experience in complex organizations

• Strong knowledge of audit standards and frameworks

• Demonstrated auditing capabilities using structured methods

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
