Position: Payroll Analyst and U.S.
Join Restaurant Brands International as a Payroll Analyst, ensuring accurate payroll processing for both Canada and the U.S. This role focuses on payroll validation, compliance, and reporting.

Based in Toronto, this position supports payroll for both countries, validating earnings, deductions, and overseeing compliance with Canadian and U.S. payroll laws. You will engage in payroll processing activities, assist with payroll tax obligations, and participate in year-end reporting. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying discrepancies and ensuring data integrity during payroll runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review payroll inputs for Canadian and U.S. processing

• Validate earnings and deductions for accuracy

• Assist in payroll tax reconciliation and issues

• Support year-end activities like T4s and W-2s

• Prepare payroll reports and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in payroll, focusing on Canadian payroll

• Knowledge of U.S. payroll is an asset

• Foundational knowledge of CRA regulations

• Experience with Workday or similar systems

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
