Position: Contract Administration Analyst Hybrid Opportunity
Toronto Hydro is seeking a Contract Administration Analyst for a hybrid role focused on financial management. Ensure project success through effective administration of financial and contractual transactions.

You will be responsible for managing the financial lifecycle of capital projects while liaising with construction and program management teams. Experience in finance, analytics, and project coordination will be key to driving successful project outcomes and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer projects from inception to capitalization

• Allocate financial transactions to relevant projects

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments

• Prepare and maintain monthly project status reports

• Conduct field visits for ongoing project evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• 3-5 years in finance, analytics, and project support

• Preferred Class G License

• Knowledge of SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
