As a key player in our Toronto office, you will manage global client accounts, analyzing tax data and providing personalized Canadian and US tax filing advice. Collaborate with diverse teams while guiding junior colleagues in both technical tax matters and performance enhancement. Your role involves leveraging technology to enhance productivity and address client needs in the evolving mobility landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with global clients via phone and video meetings
- Analyze tax data for Canadian and US filing positions
- Review Canadian and US personal income tax returns
- Manage client account financials and invoicing
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues on tax and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of tax experience in US and/or Canadian markets
- Proficient with automated tax systems and tax laws
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
