Position: Operational Analyst for Global Hedging
Become an Operational Analyst with Manulife in Toronto, Ontario. Oversee trading parameters and reporting processes for Variable and Indexed-Linked Products in a hybrid work model.

As an Operational Analyst, you will focus on trading validation, risk monitoring, and performance attribution reporting. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams to enhance report quality and support hedging strategy efficiency. Strong analytical, SQL, and Power

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate daily trading parameters for accurate risk monitoring

• Execute daily Performance Attribution reports using PowerBI

• Conduct user acceptance testing for reporting updates

• Collaborate with Global Hedging and IT support teams

• Complete quarterly hedge effectiveness assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially in VBA

• Knowledge of SQL databases and Findur

• Previous experience with Power

BI preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
