Position: North America FP&A Manager Role
Lead financial planning and analysis for North America as a key FP&A Manager. Take charge of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights to drive strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A, this role is crucial for delivering comprehensive management reporting and performance insights. You will oversee monthly flash reporting, manage forecasting cycles, and ensure all outputs are CEO/CFO ready. Collaborating closely with regional leadership, you'll provide analytical support on financial performance, making a direct impact on decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Monthly Flash and M  reporting for North America

• Lead monthly forecasting and variance analysis cycles

• Ensure outputs are clear and actionable for executives

• Manage North America's budget and multi-year planning cycles

• Provide insights for strategic commercial decisions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FP&A leadership roles

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes

• Ability to coach and develop FP&A teams

• Familiarity with planning systems like Anaplan
