Insolvency Counselling Team Leader

As a prominent member of the Personal Debt Solutions team, you will ensure high-quality, compliant insolvency counselling services. You will leverage your in-depth understanding of insolvency legislation to guide your team effectively. This position requires a balance of overseeing operations and conducting counselling sessions, aligned with BDO's core values of integrity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate team workload efficiently
• Ensure compliance with the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
• Provide timely support in resolving client issues
• Set performance expectations for team members
• Track productivity and achieve quality standards
Requirements:
• BIA Insolvency Counsellor designation needed
• Five years of experience in insolvency preferred
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Flexible work schedule with evening availability
• Excellent English communication skills required
