Key Responsibilities:

• Process RRSP and RESP account withdrawals, transfers, and transactions

• Support daily operations with data entry and account updates

• Participate in team meetings to align on activities

• Facilitate internal team communications and data exchange

• Uphold confidentiality while managing customer data

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with experience in high transaction volumes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with RRSP and RESP accounts preferred
