In this senior finance leadership role, you will report to the SVP Finance and take charge of Goway's comprehensive financial planning cycle. Your focus will encompass the annual budget, ongoing forecasts, and value-driven analytics. Collaborating closely with executives, you will ensure that financial data informs key business strategies and operational actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual global budgeting process for all entities

• Develop rolling forecasts that capture market dynamics

• Build financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives

• Conduct monthly performance reviews and variance analyses

• Create tailored management reports for leadership

Requirements:

• CPA or MBA preferred with 7-10 years of relevant experience

• Proven track record in multi-entity financial operations

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Hands-on experience with FP&A and BI tools

• Exceptional communication skills for board-level narratives
