As part of Laurentian Bank, you will oversee a diverse real estate client base, developing commercial mortgage loans valued at $15 million and above. Your responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, risk management, and ensuring profitable loan administration. We seek a candidate with strong negotiation and analytical skills who can successfully manage a varied portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a profitable commercial loan portfolio
• Solicit clients for new loan applications
• Review and negotiate loan terms with clients
• Prepare comprehensive loan applications for approval
• Conduct periodic evaluations of existing loans
Requirements:
• University degree in Finance or Business Administration
• 5+ years as an Account Manager in commercial real estate financing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Customer-focused with excellent organizational skills
