As a key leader reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will oversee the development of the financial control framework. By enhancing the ICFR program and managing audits, your role will drive regulatory compliance and support overall business objectives. This collaborative position requires effective stakeholder management and technical expertise in both operational accounting and reinsurance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead ICFR program development and execution
• Manage audit priorities and stakeholder partnerships
• Lead financial deliverables and account reconciliation
• Coordinate cross-departmental quarter-end reporting
• Mentor and develop finance staff for optimal performance
Requirements:
• CPA designation with a business or accounting degree
• 10-15 years of finance expertise in leadership roles
• At least 5 years in life insurance financial functions
• Superior analytical and project management skills
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder engagement
