Key Responsibilities:

• Manage INR portfolio companies, serving on boards

• Originate and evaluate investment opportunities in Latin America

• Lead equity investment processes, including due diligence

• Identify and mitigate business transaction risks

• Develop and mentor junior staff, offering guidance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in direct equity investing or banking

• 5+ years focusing on Latin American investments

• Experience in Brazil, Chile, or Mexico is beneficial

• Strong financial acumen and project management skills

• Fluent in English;
Portuguese or Spanish advantageous
