As a Director, you will oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Toy Creative Centre at Spin Master. Your expertise in financial analysis will support operational efficiency and long-term growth through actionable insights. You will partner closely with senior leadership to build dashboards and performance reporting frameworks that enhance visibility and inform data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for Toy organization

• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning

• Provide monthly and quarterly performance reports and variance analysis

• Build dashboards and KPIs for tracking business performance

• Support executive leadership with ROI analysis and business case development

Requirements:

• 10+ years of finance experience in FPA or corporate finance

• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in ERP and FPA systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan)

• Experience in building executive dashboards and reports
