Support OFX's card operations as a Card Operations and Services Analyst. Focus on fraud investigation, operational management, and delivering exceptional customer service across global markets.
In this pivotal role within OFX's Card Operations Team, you will assist in managing card services and ensuring operational efficiency. Work with internal and external teams to address fraud concerns and streamline service processes. Your contributions will directly support compliance and risk management initiatives while enhancing the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of card services effectively
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve client disputes
• Train and support front-line teams with service challenges
• Maintain relationships with external payment networks
• Conduct analysis and reporting for cards service performance
Requirements:
• Experience in managing card systems and operational processes
• Knowledge of chargeback procedures and fraud detection
• Ability to work in a globally distributed team environment
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Atlassian tools
• Strong organizational skills in balancing risk and outcomes
