As part of the Compliance and EAML Examination Program (CEEP), you will manage examinations across Canadian Retail Banking, ensuring the effectiveness of compliance controls and procedures. Your strong understanding of regulatory requirements will enable you to identify areas for improvement, support cross-functional collaboration, and foster a culture of compliance within the organization. Engaging with various lines of business, you will enhance compliance risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and monitor regulatory changes for compliance
• Conduct compliance examinations with a detail-oriented approach
• Support team members in regulatory knowledge sharing
• Deliver clear communication of findings to stakeholders
• Cultivate relationships with Compliance and internal audit partners
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in financial compliance or auditing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Professional certification in CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CISA preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Banking regulations
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
