Position: Lead Operational Controls Consultant Role
Become a Lead Operational Controls Consultant with CGIC, working in a hybrid model. Drive impactful change through expert audit and compliance strategies focused on client well-being.

In this dynamic role within CGIC's Claims department, you will enhance and monitor operational controls, ensuring compliance and integrity. Your expertise will help identify risks and gaps, and you'll provide recommendations for improvements. Engage with business partners and stakeholders to create meaningful reports and insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement key internal control frameworks

• Analyze audit results and recommend necessary changes

• Serve as expert on privacy and compliance matters

• Report findings and trends to management

• Help shape Fair Treatment of Consumers practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management

• Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or related fields

• Deep understanding of audit principles and control theories

• Must possess CPA, CIA, or CISA certification

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
