This temporary position involves working under the Manager of Compliance Strategy and Analytics. You will analyze financial flows, assist with compliance initiatives, and ensure adherence to regulations within the Canadian wealth management framework. Your collaborative spirit will help facilitate communication between business units, contributing to the organizational goals of Aviso Wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review client documentation for compliance risks

• Analyze financial data for accuracy and adherence

• Support compliance improvement projects and initiatives

• Research legislative updates impacting compliance

• Prepare reports and documentation utilizing data analysis tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field

• Completion of Canadian Securities Course or IFC required

• 3-5 years of relevant financial service experience

• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis functions

• Strong knowledge of Canadian account types and regulations
