Fidelity Senior Auditor in Advisory

Become a pivotal part of Fidelity Canada as a Senior Internal Auditor specializing in Assurance & Advisory.

Your role is essential to maintaining effective risk management and control processes within the organization.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you’ll execute audits using agile methodologies while collaborating with your team to drive positive changes. Your focus will be on evaluating risks, documenting findings, and providing strategic improvements based on your thorough analyses of business processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute audit plans and document findings

• Conduct research and analysis on audit-related issues

• Communicate and engage with stakeholders regarding audit outcomes

• Test technology-based and IT general controls effectively

• Identify audit gaps and recommend plan enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience

• Knowledge of investment and brokerage auditing

• Strong analytical and effective influencing skills

• Completion of audit accreditations like CPA or CIA
