Actuary, Retirement Pricing & Financial Analysis

Join the Manulife Retirement and Wealth Finance team as a Retirement Pricing Actuary. This role involves managing financial models and analyses for Guaranteed Products in North American markets.

As a part of your responsibilities, you will take ownership of the guaranteed products portfolio while monitoring key pricing assumptions. Partnering with Pricing and Risk Management teams, your contributions will directly impact product governance and financial outcomes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Retirement pricing initiatives for US and Canada markets

• Oversee pricing assumptions and financial analysis

• Collaborate with internal teams on capital management strategies

• Conduct Plan Level analyses to support pricing decisions

• Deliver insights through financial reporting to senior management

Requirements:

• University degree in relevant fields like Finance or Actuarial

• Proven experience in pricing and actuarial analysis

• Advanced knowledge of financial modelling tools

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
