Position: CFO Role at Indspire Hybrid
Be a key player at Indspire as the Chief Financial Officer, a hybrid role based in Ohsweken/Toronto. Drive financial strategy and operations to empower Indigenous education across Canada.

Indspire, one of Canada’s Top 10 Charities, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance team. In this full-time permanent position, you will shape financial planning, oversee budget management, and ensure compliance with GAAP. You will provide expert financial advice to executive leadership, contributing to our mission of supporting Indigenous students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance Team and accounting programs

• Develop long-term financial objectives and departmental goals

• Oversee budget management, cash flow, and payroll

• Provide financial reports to the Board and assist committees

• Monitor financial growth and adjust policies as needed

Requirements:

• University degree with CPA designation

• 10-15 years of finance and senior management experience

• Understanding of Indigenous communities preferred

• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

• Openness to cultural competency training
