Executive VP of Finance and Administration

Drive strategic financial leadership as XTL Group’s Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration located in Etobicoke, Ontario. This role ensures operational efficiency and financial discipline while overseeing key administrative functions.

As an integral part of the executive leadership team, you'll partner with the President to define and execute financial strategies that support business objectives. This position requires a strong individual with at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles, particularly in a growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute financial strategies with the Executive Team

• Oversee compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

• Lead annual audits and manage relationships with external partners

• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks

• Mentor high-performing finance and administrative teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

• CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation preferred

• Minimum 10 years in finance, including senior roles

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and audits

• Experience in administrative function oversight is an asset
