Program Overview
We are recruiting recent graduates (May
2025–May
2027) and final year post‑secondary students to join the CPA Rotational Leadership Program. The program is a 24‑month rotation (approximately 30months including vacation and study time) focused on Internal Audit and Finance, helping participants gain the experience required to obtain their Certified Professional Accountant designation.
- Graduating in Spring
2027 with an undergraduate degree. - Registered with CPA Ontario and meeting admission requirements (recognized degree or equivalent, at least 120 credit hours, minimum GPA as required).
- Successful completion of the CPA Ontario Knowledge Assessment or Qualifying Courses (7 required and 8 additional business courses).
- Completion of a graduate program with an Accredited PSI to be eligible for the Professional Final Examination (Part1 – Core and Part2 – Leadership) in September
2027. - Must be a student or recent graduate (May
2025–May
2027) or in final year of studies in business, finance or accounting.
- Hands‑on experience in Internal Audit and Finance under guidance of experienced professionals.
- Pairing with an approved CPA Mentor for development.
- Follow an approved CPA Ontario work plan to meet Experience Requirements for the Professional Work Experience.
- Conduct internal audit procedures and support audit teams.
- Perform financial analysis, reporting, and compliance checks.
- Assist in management control and risk assessment activities.
- Participate in CPA Professional Readiness Module and related training.
