Position: Director of Client Experience in Banking
Elevate the client journey as the Director, Global Banking & Markets Client Chaperone at Scotiabank in Toronto, ON. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure top-tier service and compliance.

In this onsite role, you'll manage a dedicated team focused on enhancing client interactions in the Global Banking and Markets (GBM) sector. With 5-10 years of leadership experience, you will collaborate with internal teams like Credit and KYC, driving initiatives that improve client onboarding and overall service quality. Building relationships and streamlining operations will be key to delivering client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client onboarding

• Coordinate onboarding tasks with internal stakeholders

• Identify and propose improvements to enhance client experience

• Foster relationships with Capital Markets and Corporate Banking teams

• Manage timelines and escalations for client service initiatives

Requirements:

• 5-10 years in a management role within Capital Markets

• Expertise in FICC, Equities, and Prime Services

• Proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships

• Strong leadership abilities in a multinational context

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
