Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close

• Oversee investor and stakeholder financial reporting

• Foster accountability and growth within the accounting team

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations

• Support initiatives for process improvements and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• 12-15+ years of finance/accounting experience with leadership roles

• Expertise in consolidation processes

• CPA designation required

• Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred
