FP&A Manager North America at FNZ

Lead FP&A functions for North America at FNZ, focusing on management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure timely, accurate outputs for effective financial decision-making.

As the FP&A Manager, you will report to the Group Head of FP&A and oversee end-to-end financial planning and performance insights.

Your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasts, and budget management that support the NA CFO and regional leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own monthly North America management reporting and performance cycles

• Lead budgeting and multi-year planning processes in North America

• Provide analytical insights to support decision-making for the leadership team

• Drive enhancements in reporting methodologies and processes post-implementation

• Oversee FP&A cashflow inputs, aligning with Treasury and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in FP&A management or similar roles

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

• Excellent communication and executive narrative capabilities

• Experience with budgeting and long-term planning processes

• Ability to lead and develop teams in a finance environment
