Position: Corporate Lending Associate at CIBC
Elevate corporate lending with CIBC as an Associate National Accounts in Toronto. Support structuring, analysis, and execution of senior credit facilities within a relationship-driven team.

As part of CIBC National Accounts, you will assist senior bankers in originating and managing corporate lending transactions. Your skills in credit analysis, financial modeling, and portfolio management will be crucial for building strong client relationships while handling syndicated credit facilities and complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support due diligence for credit transactions

• Assist in structuring senior credit facilities

• Prepare credit submissions and client presentations

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

• 2-4 years in corporate lending or related fields

• Proficiency in financial statement analysis
