GoldQuest Finance Director

Position: GoldQuest Finance Director Role
Lead financial strategy as the Finance Director at Gold Quest Mining Corp. Ensure effective capital allocation and regulatory compliance while advancing the Romero Project.

You will report to the CEO and Board of Directors, managing corporate finance and investor relations in this pivotal role. Focus on securing capital and maintaining investor confidence through robust governance and strategic growth initiatives. This position emphasizes financial oversight across Canadian and Dominican Republic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate finance strategy and capital markets initiatives

• Develop financial models and investor presentations

• Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and governance standards

• Lead negotiations with financial institutions and partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA preferred

• At least 10 years in executive finance roles, preferably in mining

• Knowledge of Canadian securities regulations required

• Proven experience in investor relations and public company reporting

• Strong analytical and communication skills
