Position: Director Level Role in Loan Servicing
Elevate mortgage servicing with a leading Canadian private equity firm in Downtown Toronto. As Associate Director, you will manage a team and drive operational efficiencies while adhering to CMHC standards.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of CMHC Mortgage Servicing, ensuring that the department adheres to best practices while implementing a new servicing platform. You will have the opportunity to build a dedicated team of Servicing Analysts and direct their professional growth. Your leadership will be key in maintaining compliance and enhancing team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in defining business requirements for the CMHC platform

• Create actionable workflows aligned with CMHC standards

• Document and implement operational procedures

• Hire and train high-performing Servicing Analysts

• Manage daily team operations and productivity metrics

Requirements:

• At least 7 years in commercial mortgage servicing

• Proven leadership in managing operational teams

• Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures

• Strong knowledge of CMHC guidelines

• Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills under pressure
