As part of a specialized team, your focus will be on operational support and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and facilitate client service requests
• Handle escalations and investigate service issues
• Compile ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with clients to assess issue resolutions
• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards
Requirements:
• 2-3 years relevant experience in financial services
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Specialized knowledge in Regulatory Compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Data Analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities
