Foresters Financial Actuarial Analyst Position

Become an Actuarial Analyst with Foresters Financial, engaging in IFRS 17 reporting and collaborative projects. Your analytical expertise will drive process improvements and maintain compliance within the Corporate Actuarial sector.

In this role, you will support various actuarial functions including asset data management, earnings analysis, and stakeholder communication. Additional tasks involve preparing the annual Appointed Actuary Report and ensuring ongoing adherence to applicable legislation. Building strong relationships with finance and product teams is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IFRS 17 reporting and valuation changes

• Prepare and document the Appointed Actuary Report

• Drive process improvements within the department

• Liaise with external auditors and consultants

• Keep actuarial documentation compliant with regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or economics

• Minimum one year actuarial experience in insurance

• Proficient with SQL Server and Microsoft tools

• Pursuing Society of Actuaries FSA & FCIA designations

• Familiarity with financial product regulations
