This role calls for a talented professional with a minimum of 4 years in Fund Administration, combining client management and team oversight. You will take charge of reporting accuracy, manage team priorities, and engage in continuous process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal development to enhance workflows and foster a culture of risk awareness within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize client and investor reporting with adherence to procedures
• Lead the Investor Services team and plan day-to-day activities
• Establish effective communications with clients through meetings
• Serve as the main contact for escalation of client issues
• Identify and implement procedural enhancements
Requirements:
• Finance or Business degree preferred
• 4-6 years in Fund Administration with people management experience
• Excel proficiency and strong multitasking abilities
• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of AML and relevant regulations
Utilize your management skills and financial expertise to enhance the investor services experience.
