Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly close entries, reconciliations, and reporting

• Provide commentary on financial performance to stakeholders

• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts

• Ensure accuracy of rent income and expenses

• Produce accurate property site reports quarterly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in finance or accounting

• Strong command of Microsoft Office and ERP tools

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
