Associate Director in Private Credit Investments

You will support the evaluation and execution of private debt transactions while conducting in-depth financial modeling, credit assessments, and ongoing portfolio monitoring. This role necessitates collaboration with cross-regional teams, serving as an investment interface particularly for insurance clients, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support origination and execution of private debt transactions
• Conduct credit due diligence and quantitative analysis
• Monitor performance and assess portfolio risks
• Structure investments to comply with client regulations
• Act as a liaison for distribution teams in discussions
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in investment management or consultancy
• Strong background in financial modeling techniques
• Solid understanding of private debt and insurance regulations
• Knowledge of derivatives and asset management
• Certified under FCA/PRU Senior Managers Regime
