Bring your strong analytical and interpersonal skills to manage teams, mentor colleagues, and participate in cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial due diligence and legal negotiations

• Actively participate in strategy for portfolio companies

• Generate deal flow through research and networking

• Conduct thematic research on AI and regulatory trends

• Manage and mentor team members on deal processes

Requirements:

• 10+ years in private equity or M&A roles

• Direct investment experience in Financial Services

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Relevant financial designation (MBA, CFA preferred)

• Experience serving on Boards of Directors is a plus
