Position: Hybrid Recovery Specialist Role

In this critical role, you'll manage a portfolio of low-risk mortgage accounts, conducting thorough assessments and implementing corrective measures to prevent escalated defaults. Your ability to communicate with clients will support accurate understanding and resolution of account issues. Collaborate with various departments for seamless information flow while contributing insights for process enhancements in default prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage low-risk, early delinquent mortgage accounts

• Investigate missed payments and other warning signs

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions

• Assist in administrative tasks like insurance tracking

• Collaborate with internal teams for effective recovery

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in finance

• At least 1 year of experience in collections

• Familiarity with mortgage servicing and risk indicators

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Salesforce

• Bilingual English/French is an asset
