Elevate your career as a Senior Pricing Analyst at Sun Life in the SL Health Pricing team. This role emphasizes risk management and the timely delivery of pricing support services.
As a key player reporting to the Associate Director for Pricing and Profitability Management, you will manage case escalations while ensuring clear communication of pricing decisions. Collaborating with Underwriting teams, you will assess complex cases and utilize technology to streamline pricing processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee case escalations concerning quotes and renewals
• Document and communicate pricing decisions effectively
• Handle ad-hoc pricing requests related to Group Benefits
• Independently assess escalated cases' viability
• Assist with special projects and market segment reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in Group Benefits
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Underwriting background is preferable
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in technology and AI-enabled tools
