Your responsibilities will include quarterly financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS, managing interactions with service providers, and overseeing the team's performance. With a focus on capital statements, valuations, and audit preparation, your expertise will drive accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review quarterly financial statements and reports for investors

• Oversee interactions with service providers for accurate information

• Manage capital calls and distributions to investors

• Lead the review of fund valuations on a quarterly basis

• Analyze complex accounting issues and support team improvements

Requirements:

• University degree and CPA/CA designation

• Minimum seven years in finance or accounting

• Leadership skills and proven initiative

• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Experience with financial systems and advanced Excel
