** JOB DESCRIPTION
** The CPA Associate Program, Finance & Accounting is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Candidates will be supported in following a work plan that is in the process of being approved by CPA Ontario, to ensure you meet the Professional Work Experience requirement.

This program provides a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting, and FP&A, while also building capabilities in business partnering, data analysis, and finance transformation. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, strong analytical thinking, a commitment to accuracy and quality, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

* Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management (FP&A)
* Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and identify trends
