Analyst, Trade Operations Support

Excel as a Trade Operations Support Analyst at AIMCo in Toronto, ensuring seamless trading execution and issue resolution. This position is tailored for detail-oriented individuals thriving in a time-sensitive environment.

In this 12-month fixed-term role, the Senior Analyst will bridge key relationships between traders, portfolio managers, and operational teams. You will monitor daily trading activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver real-time support for diverse trading activities

• Assist with accurate trade capture and validation processes

• Monitor cash positions and reconcile discrepancies

• Facilitate coordination with external service providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar

• 2–5 years in investment operations or trade support

• Knowledge of trading life cycles and operational risk

• Excellent analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency

• Familiarity with asset classes like FX and equities is advantageous
