The ideal candidate will harness advanced financial modeling skills and data literacy to support operational and strategic goals. Being part of a collaborative team, the Analyst will enhance reporting processes and lead analyses from raw data to actionable insights, ensuring alignment with the organization’s financial targets while also supporting Controller functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sophisticated financial models for budgeting and forecasting

• Analyze financial data using SQL or Power BI

• Create comprehensive dashboards for trend tracking

• Act as a problem solver for cost changes and productivity issues

• Assist Controllers in month-end activities and reconciliations

Requirements:

• Professional accounting designation (CPA) or financial certification (CFA)

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant roles

• Expertise in Excel and SQL required

• Strong grasp of cost accounting principles preferred

• Excellent communication for engaging non-financial stakeholders
