You will join a collaborative Investment Processing team focused on ensuring operational efficiency amid increasing workloads. Candidates must have experience in a back-office environment and should be proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage, validate, and report on investment transactions. Responsibilities include processing, reviewing, and escalating transaction inquiries while maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process investment-related transactions daily
• Ensure compliance through detailed document review
• Support task prioritization to complete daily operations
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues
Requirements:
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course preferred
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience in banking
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills necessary for data tasks
