Lead finance for Insight Global as the Director of Finance. This role encompasses accounting, data analysis, and managing corporate fundraising campaigns for 13 hospitals.
The Director of Finance will report to the VP of Operations, owning the complete finance function. Candidates must have 5-8 years of operational ownership experience and at least 3 years in people management. A CPA certification and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics are essential, alongside strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the finance function and oversee all accounting activities
• Analyze data to support financial decision-making
• Manage fundraising efforts for 13 hospitals
• Prepare detailed reports for the board of directors
• Ensure effective governance and compliance in financial operations
Requirements:
• CPA certification is mandatory
• 5-8 years in operational ownership roles
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
